Skilled Visits Influencer Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Skilled Visits Influencer Program! By participating in our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Program Overview

The Skilled Visits Influencer Program (“Program”) allows selected influencers (“Influencer”) to promote Skilled Visit’s products and services (“Products”) through various forms of content on their social media platforms in exchange for compensation, free products, or other agreed-upon benefits.

Content Creation: Influencer agrees to create and share authentic and high-quality content promoting Skilled Visit’s Products or services.

Compliance: Influencer must comply with all relevant advertising guidelines, including but not limited to the FTC Endorsement Guidelines, and must disclose their relationship with Skilled Visits in their posts (e.g., using #ad, #sponsored).

Intellectual Property: All content created by the Influencer for the Program shall be original and shall not infringe on any third-party rights.

Submission: Influencer agrees to submit content for review if requested by Skilled Visits before posting.

Exclusivity: Influencer agrees not to promote competing products or services during the term of the collaboration without prior approval from Skilled Visits.

5. Compensation and Benefits

Payment: Influencer will receive compensation as agreed upon in writing (e.g., monetary payment, free products, affiliate commissions).

Discount Codes: Influencer may be provided with unique discount codes to share with their audience.

Bonuses: Additional bonuses may be provided for achieving specific goals (e.g., number of bookings, engagement targets).

6. Content Rights and Usage

License: Influencer grants Skilled Visits a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute the content created for the Program for marketing and promotional purposes.

Attribution: Skilled Visits will credit the Influencer whenever their content is used, where applicable.

7. Confidentiality

Influencer agrees to keep any confidential information shared by Skilled Visits, including but not limited to campaign details and product information, confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent from Skilled Visits.

8. Termination

By Influencer: Influencer may terminate their participation in the Program at any time by providing written notice to Skilled Visits.

By Skilled Visits: Skilled Visits reserves the right to terminate the Influencer’s participation in the Program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these terms and conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Skilled Visits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Program.

Influencer agrees to indemnify and hold Skilled Visits harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the Influencer’s participation in the Program.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the duty is being performed, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Modifications

Skilled Visits reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Influencers will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
